Dedicated to raising awareness and gathering support to honour my late brother Wijayavarman’s memory and pursue the truth behind his tragic death at the age of 48 in year 2002. Our scandalous brother-in-law’s ruthless greedy personality had caused a heart attack and death to my innocent brother Wijayavarman. This is a true story at EXPO Video and telephone communication services on K.K.S Road, Kondavil West, Kondavil, Sri Lanka during the civil war.

Our scandalous brother-in-law ruthlessly cheated my innocent brother Wijayavarman for one million rupees and a house in Kondavil in year 1994 during the civil war in Sri Lanka. Deceitful brother-in-law received one million rupees to buy a house in Colombo instead of having the uncompleted house in Kondavil, which was already given to him as part of dowry for our sister marriage with 3 lakhs of money in 1994 but scandalous brother-in-law took the million rupees, the house in Kondavil and 3 lakhs of dowry money in 1994 but criminal brother-in-law did not give back the house in Kondavil to my brother Wijayavarman.

As a result my innocent brother Wijayavarman experienced a heart attack and died at age of 48 in year 2002. I have now been looking for my scandalous brother-in-law for further communication but he has been hiding away from me behind my sister and his daughter somewhere in Wellawatta, Colombo 6 in Sri Lanka. I will bring him to a criminal court very soon.

The house in Kondavil was built by my brother Wijayavarman from his earning at the EXPO Video production services. The house was known as EXPO house in Kondavil West by the K.K.S Road in Sri Lanka.

The EXPO house or one million rupees was stolen by our ruthless brother-in-law in 1994. As a result, my brother Wijayavarman died from a heart attack at the age of 48 in year 2002.

This is the EXPO house that my brother Wijayavarman built and lost to disgraced brother-in-law by paying one million rupees to brother-in-law in 1994 at K.K.S Road, Kondavil West, Kondavil, Sri Lanka. This house and 3 lakhs of money were given to our sister as dowry in 1994 for her marriage. My brother Wijayavarman paid one million rupees to our mendacious brother-in-law for this house to buy back his house but scandalous brother-in-law did not give the deed of transfer for the house to my brother Wijayavarman.

My brother Wijayavarman lost one million rupees or the house in Kondavil West to disgraced brother-in-law when my brother Wijayavarman was passing away from a heart attack at 48 in year 2002. The heart attack and death were caused by ruthless cheating from our scandalous brother-in-law. Wijayavarman’s wife and his son had to leave their own house because our ruthless greedy brother-in-law did not give the deed for the house to my brother Wijayavarman or his family.

Brother-in-law has also acquired my mother’s 3 parappu land in Kondavil West by using a fraudulent deed of transfer. This empty land is currently (2025) worth between 15 million rupees to 18 million rupees.

All these wealth have been stolen on my innocent brother Wijayavarman’s death by our scandalous and wicked man brother-in-law. He is now hiding in Wellawatta, Colombo 6, Sri Lanka. How can I treat this wicked man like a human?!

Our disgraced brother-in-law’s ruthless and scandalous greed, deceitful, exploitative, manipulative, underhanded, machiavellian, mercenary, dishonest, avaricious, mendacious and emphasising a heartless and selfish desire for gain achieved through dishonesty and disregarded my brother Wijayavarman, my sister (wife of brother-in-law), other four brothers, my mother, and Wijayavarman’s family for one million Sri Lankan rupees in 1994, a house in Kondavil West, a house bought and sold in Nugegoda using our money, later bought a house in Wellawatta, Colombo 6 and acquired our mother’s land in Kondavil West using a fraudulent deed of transfer during the civil war in Sri Lanka between 1994 to 2005.

Two of my despicable brothers have still been standing by our scandalous brother-in-law even though my vulnerable sister knows the heart of the fact since she married him in year 1994!! Scandalous brother-in-law bought a house in Nugegoda, Colombo in 1995 using our one million rupees instead of having uncompleted house in Kondavil West but mendacious brother-in-law and his daughter are now saying that 1.3 million rupees and the uncompleted house in Kondavil were given to him as a dowry to an electrician in year 1994.

The truth is the uncompleted house, 3 lakhs of money, and a promise to complete the house was the agreed dowry at the initial proposal. Later, one million was given to buy a house in Colombo from the money we three brothers sent from Europe. Brother-in-law bought a house in Nugegoda, Colombo in 1995 using our one million rupees but he refused to give the house in Kondavil back to my brother Wijayavarman. I know the truth from my brother Wijayavarman and my sister knows the truth but they do not want my sister speaks about this matter with me or with anyone. Two of my despicable brothers and their children strongly believe our sister should remain captive to her mendacious husband and a killer who is directly responsible for causing a heart attack and death to my brother Wijayavarman. I am now seeking justice for my late brother Wijayavarman and my vulnerable sister. Our mendacious brother-in-law must be sentenced for causing a heart attack and death to my brother Wijayavarman at the age of 48 in year 2002.

Disgraced brother-in-law had been dishonest, lying, and untruthful to my late brother Wijyavarman. He has also been dishonest, lying, untruthful, coercive and controlling his wife (my sister) for his ruthless greed. My sister would not have gone against her brother Wijayavarman by taking one million rupees for the house in Kondavil and refused to give the deed for the house to my brother Wijayavarman. I found all these issues in May and June 2025 during his daughter’s wedding. Brother-in-law had refused to communicate with me further since I learned from his WhatsApp messages that he had received 1.3 million rupees from my brother in 1994. Both despicable brothers have ignored and disregarded my information and my stance from day one. My existing brothers have not only disregarded me, but my brothers have also disregarded my late brother Wijayavarman, his son, his wife, and my vulnerable sister in Wellawata, Colombo 6. My phone number has been blocked on all three phones in their household. Even my despicable brothers do not want to share my sister’s Colombo address with me. My despicable brothers have still been protecting our scandalous brother-in-law! My existing pathetic brothers have also been ethically wrong and morally corrupt. This is one the main reasons that I started this campaign on internet to my other relatives, friends, and sympathisers in Kondavil West, Thavady, Inuvil, Colombo, and around the world.

One of my relatives from India went to her daughter’s wedding in Colombo in June 2025. I watched their wedding live on Youtube. I asked my relative that why you have been comforting my sister by gently holding my sister’s face, chin, and her hands throughout the wedding. My sister did not smile in the entire wedding. My sister looks like a dead man walking. My relative texted me back on WhatsApp by saying “Maami’s face is always like that. I am 100 percent sure my sister has been experiencing long term PTSD, anxiety and depression because of her circumstances under her ruthless husband. Let’s explore key points of this extraordinary true story in our family during the civil war in Sri Lanka between 1994 to 2005 and it is still ongoing!

• As I can not hear, speak, and partially sight impaired with other health issues, I asked my pathetic brother in Germany by email to discuss this matter with my vulnerable sister in Sri Lanka when he was preparing to go to our niece’s wedding in June 2025 in Wellawatta, Colombo 6. Pathetic brother in Germany sent me an email back by saying it is indecent to discuss this matter with our sister and it is none of his business to get involved in their life in Colombo, Sri Lanka. After that, I started a secret investigation from England and I found a monstrous thief, and a killer in our family who is our heartless and scandalous brother-in-law.

• My brother Wijayavarman bought a land and built a house by the K.K.S Road, Kondavil West, Sri Lanka. Many people in Kondavil West know this house as EXPO Video and telephone services during the civil war.

• Marriage proposal of my sister was completed in 1994. Initially, the uncompleted house in Kondavil, 3 lakhs of money, and a promise to complete the house were given to brother-in-law as dowry for our sister marriage.

• From the money we three brothers sent from Europe, my brother Wijayavarman gave one million Sri Lankan rupees to brother-in-law to buy a house in Colombo instead of having the uncompleted house in Kondavil West as part of dowry because brother-in-law was working in Colombo. This means brother Wijayavarman bought the uncompleted house in Kondavil back by paying one million rupees for his ongoing EXPO Video business and his future family but brother-in-law did not give the deed for the house back to my brother Wijayavarman’s name. • In 1994, one million rupees was a big money. You can easily buy a good house in Colombo or anywhere in Sri Lanka.

• At that time, house in Kondavil was worth around 5 or 6 lakhs even after the completion in 1994 but brother Wijayavarman generously gave him one million (10 lakhs) rupees to buy a house in Colombo with a good intention as one of other twin sister died when she was a teenager in Kondavil West.

• Brother Wijayavarman generously gave one million rupees to our brother-in-law for the uncompleted house in Kondavil without a receipt or deed, based on a facial family trust because he is our brother-in-law even though the house was only worth 5 or 6 lakhs even after the completion in 1994. My brother Wijayavarman trusted out brother-in-law for giving one million rupees for the house in Kondavil without a receipt or deed at that time in 1994.

• A grand wedding took place between my sister and brother-in-law at the EXPO house in Kondavil West in year 1995.

• After the wedding, Sri Lankan army implemented evacuation order in Jaffna peninsula in 1995 in order to fight with LTTE. Brother Wijayavarman and our mother moved to Point-Pedro from the house in Kondavil because of the evacuation order by the Sri Lankan army.

• Brother-in-law bought a house in Nugegoda, Colombo in 1995 using our one million rupees but he did not give the deed for the house in Kondavil to my brother Wijayavarman.

• Brother Wijayavarman married at his EXPO house in Kondavil West in 1997.

• Brother-in-law is still holding the deed for the house on his name. He took the money one million rupees to buy a house in Nugegoda but he did not give the deed for the house in Kondavil to my brother Wijayavarman.

Other sister of twins had already been passed away when she was a teenager.

After we all three brothers sent money from Europe to Sri Lanka, brother Wijayavarman bought the uncompleted house in Kondavil by paying one million rupees to our brother-in-law in order for brother-in-law to buy a house in Colombo as he was working in Colombo. Brother-in-law did buy a house in Nugegoda, Colombo by using the given one million rupees in 1994/95. The uncompleted house in Kondavil and land together was worth at around 3 lakhs in 1994. Even if a completed house worth would have been at around 5 or 6 lakhs maximum but brother Wijayavarman generously paid one million rupees to our brother-in-law to buy a house in Colombo with a good intention for our sister and brother-in-law, in return he bought the uncompleted house in Kondavil for one million in 1994 for his ongoing EXPO Video business and his future family but mendacious brother-in-law did not give the paper work (deed of transfer for the house) to our brother Wijayavarman.

All these have been done on a family value of facial trust. There was not any paperwork for the given one million rupees to our scandalous brother-in-law. There was no deed of transfer for the house to brother Wijayavarman. One million rupees was given to our disgraced brother-in-law to buy back the house in Kondavil for Wijayavarman but scandalous brother-in-law did not give the deed of transfer for the house to my brother Wijayavarman. This is how deceitful brother-in-law has stolen the one million rupees and the house in Kondavil in 1994/95 from my brother Wijayavarman. One million rupees was a huge money in 1994/95. You can easily buy a house anywhere in Sri Lanka in 1994/95 with one million rupees. Brother-in-law did buy a house in Nugegoda, Colombo but he did not give back the deed of transfer for the house to my brother Wijayavarman. Disgraced brother-in-law sold his house in Nugegoda in 2001 and bought a house in Wellawatta, Colombo 6, Sri Lanka. Deceitful brother-in-law did not tell about this transaction to my brother Wijayavarman or any other brothers during that period.

Brother Wijayavarman experienced a heart attack and died at the age of 48 in year 2002, which was a criminal act by our scandalous brother-in-law.
In 1997, my bother married at the house he built with his earning from EXPO Video and telephone communication services at the EXPO house in Kondavil West during civil war. After few years, scandalous brother-in-law had been asking my brother Wijayavarman to get the house in Kondavil by saying various stories. Brother Wijayavarman could not do anything because there was not any paperwork for the given one million rupees for the uncompleted house in Kondavil but scandalous brother-in-law had already bought and sold a house in Nugegoda, Colombo by using the one million rupees. As a result, brother Wijayavarman had been suffering from emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem, and physical health problems such as heart disease, inflammation, sleep disturbances, losing interest in his family life and eventually experienced a heat attack and died at the age of 48 in year 2002 by leaving 2 years old son and his wife. Eventually, his wife and his son had to leave their own home from Kondavil West.

Married in 1997 and died in 2002
Brother Wijayavarman married in 1997 at his house in Kondavil. He has one child. When my brother Wijayavarman died from a heart attack in 2002, his son was 2 years old. His wife and son had to leave their own house in Kondavil because disgraced brother-in-law did not give the deed of transfer for the house to my brother Wijayavarman or his family. Wijayavarman’s wife and his son still live in Sri Lanka. Wijayavarman’s family does not want anything to do with their father’s side because of the experience they had from our disgraced brother-in-law, elder brother in Germany (died in 2018) third brother in Germany, and fourth brother in India. I am the fifth brother. I want justice for my late innocent brother Wijayavarman. Some kind of justice WILL BE done for my late brother Wijayavarman.

Fraudulent deed of transfer by our scandalous brother-in-law
Ruthless greed has not stopped there. Scandalous brother-in-law has also acquired 3 parappu of land in Kondavil West by using my sister as a power of attorney with a fraudulent deed of transfer. The deed of transfer for the 3 parappu land says the vendee paid Rs 300,000 to the venders for the land in 2005. There was not such a payment made by the scandalous brother-in-law to any of venders. I am one of the four venders. I did not receive any payment for my share. My other brothers have not received any payments for their land shares. The deed of transfer also says I lived in India in 2005. I have never been in India or any other countries in the world since I arrived in the United Kingdom in 1989. These are premeditated lies by our scandalous brother-in-law during that period in order avoid some legal complication.

My vulnerable sister knows the heart of the fact since 1994
My sister knows that house in Kondavil belongs to her brother Wijayavarman since 1994 but disgraced brother-in-law had been refusing to give the deed for the house to my brother Wijayavarman. Mendacious brother-in-law must have told different stories to my sister about the given million rupees to buy a house in Colombo in order to silence my sister.

My sister does not know the different between one lakh and one million rupees. Even my existing pathetic brothers in Germany and India do not know the different between one lakh and one million rupees. It was I recently in June 2025 explained the different between one lakh and one million rupees to my existing pathetic brothers in Germany and India. My pathetic brothers did not believe my basic math lesson because I am the 5^th and youngest brother in our siblings. And, I am the only one went to a University. Avaricious brother-in-law had been keeping my sister intentionally uninformed about this matter properly since 1994 in order to feed his merciless scheming of his greed to gain wealth on my innocent brother Wijayavarman, vulnerable sister, and other brothers. Brother-in-law must be punished at a criminal court.

I also don’t understand why our Wellawatta house is now being dragged into this, it has absolutely nothing to do with the matter at hand. That property was bought by my father’s mother’s sister. And regarding the statement saying that my mother and father didn’t tell Wiji mama about the house in Wellawatte: the house was bought after Wiji mama’s death, so I’m curious about how my mother and father could have let Wiji mama know about the new house.

If you do not know the truth, the wisest choice is to remain silent, rather than disgrace yourself by spreading baseless lies and fabricated stories.

And Mama, you could have been present, at least virtually, when the dowry discussions took place between my father’s parents and your mother in 1994. Where were you at that time? Even if you were in England, you could have been aware of what was happening because you’ve been in contact with Wiji mama till 1997.

If the family could not afford the dowry requested by my father’s parents, then you should have considered finding another groom instead of creating this long-standing grievance.

As you know, the dowry in Sri Lanka is a house and a sum of money. On this basis, their parents were promised a house and a sum of money during the marriage negotiations, which were given at the time of marriage registration in 1994. Thereafter, no further money was given as compensation or extended dowry. I asked brother in India about this and he also confirmed this. But we are not clear about the amount to be given. You have written us 13 lakhs. Also, neither their parents nor our mother or Wiji are still alive, so we don’t know the details. It is impossible to decide whether what you say is right or what we think is right. Therefore, it is better not to investigate this matter further.

This is hilarious that brother in Germany mentioned that he has confirmed about the dowry detail with brother in India!! Brother in India knows nothing about the dowry for my sister in 1994 until I recently informed my brother in India about details of dowry for my sister in June 2025. There was not any productive communication between brother Wijayavarman and brother in India. When brother in India was in charge for the EXPO business in 1992 or 1993 in Kondavil, he had issues with my brother Wijayavarman for losing lakh of rupees or so when my brother Wijayavarman, our mother, and sister were in Colombo for a year. Brother in Germany has been delusional to think there was a substantial communication between brother Wijayavarman and brother in India.

Brother in Germany does not need to ask our mother or brother Wiji about the dowry. I am the living proof. Initially agreed and given dowry was uncompleted house in Kondavil, 3 lakhs of money, and a promise to complete the house in Kondavil but after we all three brothers sent the money from Europe, brother Wijayavarman generously gave 1 million rupees to our disgraced brother-in-law to buy a house in Colombo instead of having the uncompleted house in Kondavil. Scandalous brother-in-law texted me he had received 1.3 million rupees in total during my secret investigation in June 2025 but total could be much more than 1.3 million rupees between year 1994 to 2005.

In another sentence, one million rupees was paid for the house in Kondavil by my brother Wijayavarman for his ongoing EXPO Video business and his future family. Deceitful brother-in-law bought a house in Nugegoda, Colombo but scandalous brother-in-law did not give the deed for the house in Kondavil to Wijayavarman. The house in Kondavil belongs to my brother Wijayavarman. The deed may show name of brother-in-law but the house does not belong to our scandalous brother-in-law. My sister knows the house belongs to her brother Wijayavarman but pathetic brothers in Germany and India think that the house in Kondavil belongs to scandalous brother-in-law because the deed says so.

Brother-in-law has systematically been using my pathetic brother in Germany in order to get a signature from my brother Wijayavarman’s son in order to sell the land in Kondavil in order for brother-in-law feed his ongoing greed. Brother in Germany feels guilty that he couldn’t get the signature from Wijayavarman’s son for deceitful brother-in-law!! This is how manipulative and avaricious brother-in-law manages everyone including my vulnerable sister but he couldn’t fool me.

Brother-in-law has been hiding away from me in Wellawatta, Colombo 6 since he texted me that he had received 1.3 million rupees (13 lakhs) in 1994. Brother-in-law and his daughter did not want to give me their home address in Wellawatta, Colombo 6 since I started to communicate with them in April 2025 including my despicable brothers because they know what is coming. I did ask their home address to send some wedding flowers from England to my niece’s Wedding in June 2025 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. My vulnerable sister does not know they have refused to give me their home address. This was one of the reasons that I started to investigate about the uncompleted house in Kondavil because I know they were hiding, scared and feeling guilty about something. It was about the stolen house from my innocent brother Wijayavarman between 1994 to 2002. As a result, my brother Wijayavarman experienced a heart attack and died at the age of 48 in year 2002.

My conclusion
I can not forgive my brother-in-law when he has created a substantial amount of wealth on my innocent brother Wijayavarman’s death. My conclusion is our heartless and scandalous brother-in-law is a monstrous thief and a killer. He must face a criminal court for causing heart attack and death to my innocent brother Wijayavarman.
